The Ebenezer Baptist Church was founded in 1909 by Reverend A. T. Talyor in Hallandale, FL. The current church structure in which the E.B.C. members attend was built in 1964. Having a total of 14 leading pastors to the current pastor and teacher Reverend Joe C. Johnson the church has evolved into a center of community service. E.B.C is focusing on meeting the human needs on a daily basis which has been demonstrated in the churches “Little Scholar Pre-School, working with imprisoned individuals, supporting Narcotics Anonymous, and funding Youth Summer School Programs.
