South Florida’s newest resort attraction opened in the fall of 2015 along Hollywood’s famed Boardwalk. The Margaritaville Beach Resort is a four-star hotel and features 349 air-conditioned rooms, three outdoor pools, a full-service spa, 30,000 sq. /ft. of meeting space, eight restaurants, a spectacular ocean-view direct access to the beach . . . and custom glass tile from D&B Tile Distributors.
Inspired by the lyrics of Jimmy Buffet, the full-service oceanfront resort and entertainment complex features multiple waterfront venues with everything from tiki bars to upscale dining including a Margaritaville Restaurant and Land Shark Bar and Grill.
In keeping with the laid-back style, D&B Tile was asked to provide custom glass tile specifically designed to fit the theme of guest bathrooms.
Installation was completed by Century Tile & Marble, Pompano Beach.
The resort is modern with a touch of Key West. Visitors are greeted by the free-standing glass flip-flop in the entrance lobby and large ceramic parrots scattered throughout the walls of the first floor.
