With almost 15 years at D&B Tile Distributors, Vince McIntyre has a breadth of experience in a variety of positions. In 2003, he joined the team in Sunrise as a warehouse employee where he pulled customer orders. Vince earned the D&B Tile Customer Service Award for the first time in 2004. He learned the warehouse operations very quickly and worked his way up to be promoted to the Warehouse Manager in Delray just two short years later.
After working behind the scenes for a few years, Vince took an interest in sales and helping customers complete their projects from start to finish. In 2007, he started as a sales associate in the Delray store, picked up his second D&B Tile Customer Service Award and sales success quickly followed. Vince achieved the top salesperson accolade – D&B Tile’s Top Inside Sales Award – every year from 2007 through 2014. In 2017, Vince was promoted to the Delray Beach Store Manager position where he oversaw the branch operations and led the warehouse and sales teams.

Most recently, Vince has moved up to become the Palm Beach County Regional Manager, overseeing operations and sales at both the West Palm and Delray locations. His dedication to D&B Tile is as strong as his dedication to continued training and education. Vince currently has certifications from SGM, Q-Seal, and Schluter – so he’s more than equipped to answer your tile and installation questions. As Vince states, “At D&B Tile we maintain success by staying honest and setting the right expectations with our customers.”
Each year, Vince participates in the 100 Black Men charity golf tournament, which provides mentoring and training for disadvantaged youth. While he claims he’s not a great golfer, we have heard he makes a mean Chili. Matter of fact, one of his favorite things to do when he’s not working is going grocery shopping with his wife. “It’s great quality time. We enjoy picking out different foods together and making delicious food,” he says. You may also find him watching the Raiders or Lakers, but most of his free time is focused on his family.
