This beautiful historic home in downtown Delray Beach was built in 1952 and purchased by RTG Construction in 2014.
The house was completely renovated from inside out including windows, doors, siding, tile flooring, electric, forming, roof, landscape, irrigation and new pool. The property included a guest cottage and main house, located within the historic district of Delray Beach.
According to RTG owner Jeff Wooster, "We must preserve what's there in this area. This was a complete renovation. Our company has been building new homes for 15 years mainly in the historic area of Delray Beach. We are a boutique builder and only do seven or eight homes a year. We worked with Vince McIntyre at D&B Tile Delray Beach. United Marble was the installer on the project. We always send customers to meet with Vince to select the tile and have worked with D&B Tile for a very long time."
Atlas Golden Oak porcelain wood-look tile was used on the floors throughout the main house and the cottage. Marble Systems' Avenza Home was used in the bathrooms along with Bati Orient Glass mosaic.
