Because the clubhouse is a major gathering place and receives a lot of foot traffic and events on a regular basis, the community’s board of directors decided it was time to upgrade and replace the
flooring.
According to board member Irwin Gerber, “The carpeting was well worn and needed to be replaced. One of our board members, Skip Gittleman, who is a building contractor, recommended that we contact D&B Tile Distributors. We called the Delray Beach location and spoke with Zsak Vincente, who was very helpful. We knew we wanted the wood look and it had to be in a porcelain tile.
“Zsak sent over some samples and we selected the American Wonder 8x48 Ranch Wood wood look rectified
porcelain tile in a warm brown matte finish. We couldn’t be more pleased with everything. “The tearout of the existing carpet was a major project but Murray Tile handled the job very well. All the workers were cordial and friendly. We are very happy with everything about the job. Everything went as per schedule. We needed extra tiles and D&B delivered them on time to get the job finished. Skip Gittleman served as
