But that doesn’t mean tile over tile (or some other finished surface) is always the easiest way to go. This presentation explores when it’s appropriate to install over existing surfaces and what to lookout for when you do. Presented by Tom Plaskota, who serves as Technical Support Manager for H.B. Fuller Construction Products, Inc. HBF-CP develops and markets technologically advanced solutions that add value to commercial, industrial and residential construction. In his role, Tom manages the field support team that develops, communicates, and provides technical information and service for HBF-CP products, including the TEC® brand of installation systems. He is actively involved with the National Tile Contractors Association and is a former Industry Director for the Chicago Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute. Tom has been a guest speaker at various industry trade shows and events such as Coverings and Total Solutions, and has authored articles for several publications including The Construction Specifier, TileLetter, Tile Magazine and Floor Covering Installer.
