The Project
After 39 years, our client was ready for a change. They wanted to breathe new life into their pool deck and kitchen area, creating a space where they could relax, entertain, and enjoy the outdoors. With this in mind, we set out to redesign the pool deck and revamp the kitchen, blending functionality with aesthetics.
For the pool deck, we opted for Atlas Pavers to create a durable and striking surface. The Atlas Concorde Lims outdoor design in Ivory (24” by 24”, with a thickness of 20mm) provided the perfect foundation, offering style and practicality. Moreover, Artistry in Mosaics glass tile was used for the pool waterline to add a splash of fun and color.
To complement the pool deck, we incorporated handmade-look turquoise tiles on the patio wall, injecting personality and charm into the space. We used glass tiles from Fujiwa for the pool waterline, and the mosaic designs in the pool, crafted by Artistry in Mosaics, served as captivating focal points.
The kitchen received a makeover as well, with Atlas Plan Cream Prestige Silk Atlas countertops stealing the show. Paired with custom-designed cabinets from Stonewater Kitchens, the kitchen underwent a stunning transformation.
Our client was thrilled with the outcome, noting the benefits of porcelain pavers for the pool deck. "The porcelain 20mm tiles are so perfect. Cool on the feet and easy to clean," they remarked.
The kitchen countertop also received praise, hailed as an improvement over traditional materials like granite and synthetic countertops. When asked about their feedback and reactions, they stated they "Loved the outcome and totally updated our kitchen and pool area".

For the client’s renovation, we chose Atlas Plan Cream Prestige Silk Atlas countertops. Since they feature a warm, light cream color with subtle veins running through them, we paired them with white and cream-colored kitchen cabinets and steel home appliances.
