When they need tile installation, their "go-to" contractor is Raphael Hared and Aviv Tile. "As soon as the plumbing and electrical installations are complete, I usually get a call from TMG owner Tony Conti. He shows me the house and basically turns it over to me to handle that portion of the construction. We've been working together for more than 20 years and have an excellent relationship.
"Typically, we bring the customers to the D&B Tile of Sunrise location and work with Sandi Bavota to make their tile, marble and stone selections. It is especially helpful for the owners to see the vignettes and sample tiles installed in the show room. It gives them an unlimited number of possible combinations to work with.
"We stress to the customers that D&B offers the widest range of quality tile, marble and stone products from around the world and that they stand behind their products. I've been working with D&B for 38 years, which is exactly how long I've been in business. It's often easy for customers to become influenced by high-discount stores. We explain to them that all tile is not created equal and that quality is less expensive in the long run.

attend the continuing education events offered by D&B Tile Distributors as well as attending trade related shows and workshops. My company specializes in high-end residential. We have a couple of large jobs coming up within the next few months.
There is one in Weston and another in Plantation Acres. That one will feature 6,700 sq/ft of wood look tile. I have directed the owner to visit the D&B showroom as soon as possible to ensure the availability of that much tile when we need it.
